Our apartment Feld&Berg in detail

We have been welcoming visitors since December 2022. It’s a two-level (duplex / maisonette) apartment on the top floor (with elevator) of the new Wiesenquelle (‘meadow spring’) building with 14 individually styled holiday units. It has a footage of 105 m2 (1,130 sq. ft.), spread over 3 large living rooms and 2 bathrooms (see floor plan).

Premium furnishings and equipment

Hasena beds, Bosch fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Siemens induction cooker/oven, high quality (and sharp!) Zwilling kitchen knives and cooking utensils, leather sofas and an exceptionally comfortable swivel armchair.

Open concept living

The upper bedroom and lower living area are connected via an airy wooden staircase (which, regrettably, makes the flat unsuitable for toddlers). The 40 m2 (430 sq. ft.) living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, oak dining table, desk and sitting area. On this level there is a guest WC with hand basin and washing machine/dryer, and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. The upper, airy bedroom with a box-spring double bed and unique from-the-pillow views of the Black Forest is adjoined by a bright bathroom with separate shower and tub. From all windows and the loggia you are looking at nature – mountains, meadows, trees.

  • Board and dice games, bed linen and towels (no cosmetics provided)
  • Underground parking space for 1 vehicle (clearance height < 2m)
  • Ski and bike room with ski lockers and heated ski/walking boot rack
  • Direct access to the Wiesenquelle slope (ski-in/ski-out)

House rules

  • Strictly no smoking in the apartment
  • No pets – not even for a brief visit (the apartment must remain suitable for people with allergies)
  • No ski boots and skiing material in staircase/hallways and in the apartment
  • Max. 4 guests, incl. children (Please note: the apartment is unsuitable for toddlers because of the open staircase.)
  • Quiet time in the entire property: between 22:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • No bachelor/hen parties, no extra guests etc.
